The months of craving warming winter dishes are officially behind us! As the days get brighter, our chefs across The Collection have come together to create gorgeous spring menus, full of spice and fresh flavours and showcasing the best quality seasonal ingredients.
At the fun and vibrant Cinnamon Bazaar, located in buzzy Covent Garden, the spring menu features brand-new dishes such as smoked Jerusalem artichoke chaat; spiced green pea dumpling and the new “Future 50” kofta, packed full of kale, chickpeas and dried fruit. Other delights include tawa fried masala pomfret with pickled radish and mango chutney, Bengali-style jackfruit masala and Tawa Fried Masala Pomfret with pickled radish & mango coconut chutney.
