Begin with an appetiser such as Banarasi Cashew Nut Chaat, Jodhpuri Kachori Chaat, Kadhai Spiced ‘Bullet’ Chillies; followed by starters like Tawa Fried Masala Pomfret or Double-cooked Pork Belly.
